We collect information from providers across the region in one place to make it easy for learners, support workers and local organisations to find local English classes and support.

Our goal is simple: to help everyone in the East Midlands find the right English support, quickly and easily.

Who runs the project?

MESH works with learners, tutors, providers and organisations across the East Midlands to improve access to English language learning and support integration across the region.

We created the Learning English platform so learners, support workers and communities can find the information they need more easily.

What is ESOL?

ESOL stands for English for Speakers of Other Languages.

It is a type of English language learning for adults whose first language is not English. Classes can help people build confidence with speaking, reading, writing and listening in everyday situations.
