Understanding the Intersections: Race, Gender and Harm (Men Only)
Date: Saturday, 14th November
Time: 10:30am to 3:30pm
Location: Cleaver & Wake
Join Juno Women’s Aid for an interactive roundtable discussion, exploring the experiences of Black and minoritised women in relation to violence against women and girls (VAWG). A key aim of this roundtable is to create a safe, supportive space where men can engage in open and honest conversations, listen to different perspectives and reflect on the role they can play in building safer, more inclusive communities. To make these conversations meaningful, Juno are keen to bring together a diverse collective of men, ensuring a range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives are represented in the room. This could include male colleagues, members, volunteers, community leaders or other male connections within your networks who would be willing to listen, reflect and contribute to the discussion. Refreshments and lunch will be provided.

See Befriending Networks website for information about how you can get involved with celebrating but also befriending!
