Overview
We provide a range of accredited ESOL courses in Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering and Corby and also online.
Each course is delivered through two 2-hour sessions per week and typically last 11 weeks. You will be expected to attend a face-to-face exam at the end of each course.

Our aim is to improve skills to help people back into employment or to generally improve their quality of life. We do this by providing free training and education courses. Working with our partners we provide up to 20 courses a term, 3 terms a year, together with a wide range of employment skills driven courses such as customer services and first aid.
Each year we provide English, Maths and IT these are academic courses running from September until July and include an exam.

If you’re visiting Vulcan Works by car, there are two convenient parking options within a short walk. St. John’s Multi-Storey Car Park, located on Swan Street (NN1 1HA), is just a two-minute walk away and provides secure parking with ample spaces.
Alternatively, Morrisons Car Park on Victoria Promenade (NN1 1HB) is a five-minute walk from the building and offers a convenient option for shorter stays.
Both locations provide easy access to Vulcan Works, making it simple to reach us whether you’re attending an event, meeting, or working from our space
