Pakistan Youth & Community Association (PYCA) is a voluntary organisation based in Highfields supporting the educational, social, cultural and recreational needs of the Pakistani and other communities in Leicester.

For more than 25 years, PYCA has worked to develop support services, mainly but not exclusively, for disadvantaged BAME communities in Leicester. PYCA provides educational, leisure, advisory and support services to the wider local community in Leicester.
Its training programme covers a wide variety of accredited as well as non-accredited courses. It has its own Lifelong Learning Provision and a pool of Qualified Adult Tutors and subject specialists. PYCA delivers sector specific and lifelong Learning courses using its own resources, and has an exceptional track record of up skilling local people and helping them progress towards or return to the labour market.
The organisation is an approved Training Centre by University of Cambridge, OCR, Highfield Qualifications, Future Quals and NOCN. PYCA is also an accredited information, advice and guidance (IAG) Centre with MATRIX accreditation.
